Fall Market 2025 *

The Fall Market will take place OUTDOORS at the Merrickville Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 13 from 10 am to 4 pm. The Market runs rain or shine, however in the event of dangerous or extraordinary weather, we will endeavour to postpone to Sunday, September 21. You are responsible for your 10' x 10' booth set-up (e.g. a tent with secure weights, tables, chair, etc.). Sorry, power and WiFi are unavailable for this market. The daily market fee for non-members is $80.

I would like to reserve one (1) 10' x 10' space ($80).

I would like to reserve a double spot (20' x 10') ($160).

Liability Insurance *

I understand that I must provide a certificate of insurance for $2 million liability coverage naming Jessica Lilley and Merrickville's Makers Markets as additional insured in order to participate in this markets.

Food Purveyors *

I am not a food purveyor.

I am a food purveyor. If selected to participate, I understand that if I sell food products of any sort, am a food concession or offer samples of food, that I must adhere to all food safety guidelines as laid out by the Leeds-Grenville Public Health Unit. I will also complete the applicable forms as required by the Health Unit.
